Yes, I highly recommend this seller. There was a bit of trouble with the shipping of my doll, a scratch on the head I received, and a minor defect on the body but they handled it as graciously as I can imagine they’re capable of. These are very expensive items, and they could have easily told me “too bad”, but they didn’t. On top of all that, the customer service reps have never failed to surprise me with how quick the respond. I’ll never buy from anyone but them!
